I only go here for cigars, and it’s not my normal shop, but in a pinch I’ll go. More often than not, and I mean most of the time, the cigars crack upon opening and/or cutting. Also, I’ve noticed many of their cigars are faded, as if being exposed to light, or simply being old and not rotated. Their humidors are either too humid or not enough. They won’t offer a refund or exchange without a receipt. Good selection, sucky cigars. I’ll skip it from now on.

This store really doesn't care to my kind. I had 2 winning tickets.. one was $240 and they days they didn't have enough cash at 330pm on a Saturday, and today $625 on 630pm on a Monday. How can you be a Claim Center, and people can't claim their tickets there. You might need to think again about being a Claim Center, or maybe I should of given it to my 'white friend' like last time and you would do it.

HUGE CIGAR selection! I found some hard to find in other shops cigars like buttera and specialty Mt Fathers or Cristobals. Owner was very nie and appreciates the business. These guys are great! Coming back for sure...

I received very rude customer service. If you want to call it customer service. It was more like customer ignorance. He made me feel like the amount of my purchase wasn't worthy of his time in comparison to the guy who was making a larger purchase that came in after me. I left without purchasing anything. I doubt he noticed or cared.
