My experience has been great! Excellent customer service. They dont keep you waiting always on time. Its my favorite place to go and also very respectful.

Idk what they tried to sell me but def wasn't anything good no smell no pull no feeling the flower is dry and doesn't even smell like flower idk if I'd go back. The first pic theirs and second one is from cloud 9

This is my favorite spot. The Woman always treats me with a smile and kindness, I will only go to this shop. Best prices in Wilmington

This smoke shop is my neighbor. I come here every day or every other day mainly for wraps or vapes since I moved here 5 months ago. In the beginning the lady who works here every day during the week was friendly and polite. Until one day, I had an emergency where I was jumped and robbed. Later that day, I walked over to the smoke shop to ask if I could use their phone to call 911. I literally explained what happened and the lady looked me dead in my face and said "NO. You cannot use my personal phone, but you can try next door." I pleaded- she just continues to say "she doesn't make the rules"... I was so shocked that someone who sees me EVERYDAY and a place where I spend my hard earn money on a regular basis could say something so rude and inconsiderate. From that moment on I knew her attitude was forced and fake and from that encounter alone I would recommend to avoid patronizing a place that would treat a loyal customer like this. The encounter alone makes me emotional just thinking about the fact how someone could be so cruel makes me loose hope in humanity and sense of community.

This is my daily smoke shop come here everyday for all my needs best costumer service and best products and prices!!!
