Went in Sunday the 26th around 1am or 12pm the lady just had a very odd untrustworthy demeanor looking at me like i was some 12 year old coming to grab a vape or rob the place. I tried getting golden tobacco vuse pods and she pointed and grabbed everything them that until finally grabbing what I thought was the right one it’s hard to see from that distance with my eyesight. She gave me classic tobacco… which I hate. I didn’t even realize until I was home and already opened it up now I can’t go back to exchange it on top of it being 20 minutes away. Maybe if she didn’t have her hand on them as if I was going to run off without paying I would’ve realized. I wish the usual lady was in there she is always pleasant and actually knows what products she’s selling to grab the right one.

The folks here always greet you with a welcoming atmosphere. I only come here for Winchester little cigars, a small purchase considering the amount of quality cigars they carry. But still they make sure to keep them in stock, I think for me because not many other folks buy them. Anyway they do this little thing for customers, a service that I have found nowhere else.

I love this store. Christine is the most knowledgeable, upbeat, courteous person. She helped me select cigars, which I know nothing about. They were affordable, and my brother-in-law loved them. He's going to stop by to have Christine help him pick out some more. What a great shopping experience. Thanks, Christine!

John is a knowledgeable man who knows his way around the cigar business. I am a first time customer and I will be returning.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable on all products and helpful. I needed cigars for a friend’s bachelor party and Christine and Christy were both so helpful with figuring out what to get. They both have the best personalities and made the experience totally enjoyable. Anytime I’m in the area that will be where I go for my tobacco needs.
