I hate to write this review but I am so upset that I feel I need to. I came in the first time on Christmas. You had exactly what I wanted at a fair price, and you gave me a sample of a product as well. Great! Next time I bought products for me and my friend, spent $100 and you gave me a free small product! I was impressed. However everytime I came in after that I was treated rudely, more so every visit. Between me and my friend we have spent about $400 in the last couple weeks, yet I have been treated so rudely. I am confused. I don’t u derstand. The woman who works there is very rude and knows nothing about the products. Today I bought $57 worth of products and asked her if yall have a loyalty program. She said no, but our prices are better than anyone. No, they r the same. I have done my research. So I said well I might change businesses to somewhere that gives incentives the more I buy. All she said was our prices are cheaper. But they are not. I don’t like being treated rudely. I’m very upset and I don’t know why I was treated like that

UPDATE FROM REVIEW 6 months ago I have to write this review because this shop has changed 100%. The staff here now is incredibly kind, helpful, friendly, and go above and beyond to help their customers, including me. I decided to give them another chance a month ago and I’m so happy I did. Thank you for being so kind and knowledgeable. The best shop around❤️

I'm going to be honest I like the owner he's a very nice guy he always takes care of me but when I go and his wife is working I Don't really get the same treatment. She always and I mean always overcharges me and I don't understand why. And for that exact same reason I don't think I will be spending money there. I'll keep going to APK smoke shop where their points program is awesome for every $50 you spend you get $5 off automatically on the spot.

Awesome store! If you like BIG & BEAUTIFUL, it's this store. I always say if I don't post anything it means you're awesome well when he first opened he waa talking about a glass craftsman coming in even have prize give aways all kinds of little perks with this place and wait till you see the pictures it's awesome. Do not know the gent's name he's always been the only one there when I go in haven't seen any staff so I am sure they are just as awesome as this guy with the beard and glasses (should had made a note. Oops)!

I come here all the time and every time I come in I always get good service no matter who’s behind the counter they’re all friendly and cool people!!! Pricing is also better than most smoke shops in the area!! Definitely recommend coming by!!!
