I absolutely love this shop! The employees are so knowledgeable and always make sure to have what I want- in stock. They always have a variety of product in each section of the store, great customer service and great prices! I love the atmosphere when I walk in this place down to the music, the incense they burn, and the plants outside! Plus, they’re open late!

I can’t say enough good things about The Smoke Exchange! Every time I come in, Skylar goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to help customers find exactly what they’re looking for. You can tell she truly cares about the people who walk through the door and wants everyone to have a great experience. A special shoutout to her guard dog as well, who adds so much personality and charm to the shop! Together they make the atmosphere welcoming, fun, and memorable. If you’re looking for a smoke shop with great products, great prices, and an employee who genuinely makes your visit enjoyable, The Smoke Exchange is the place to go. Skylar is a huge reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loveeeee this place! Adam and the owner are the best! I’ve been to thousands of smoke shops around both florida and new york and this is by far the best. All the products are top notch. i’ll be continuing to come back regularly!

Love this place, they never run out of the good flavors - everything is fresh & the prices are awesome. I’ve had beers at their lounge area in back a few times but I’m really waiting on the wine menu to drop, from the sound of it - it’s going to be good!

I went into the store today to make a quick purchase and there was a loose Rottweiler dog in the store. I asked if the dog could be put up momentarily while I made my purchase and the manager Skyler said no she was not putting the dog up I informed her that I was allergic to animals and she said that she did not care and that I could find another smoke shop to go to, I thought that this was completely unprofessional for multiple reasons for one her response towards me and for two why is a dog even allowed an establishment that is not a guard animal ? Due to it, it’s unprofessionalism, and it being overpriced would not recommend
