I bought something worth over 50 dollars at this establishment between Dec and Jan. It was a Xmas gift. I found out from the personi bought it for that he had a similar gift and maybe I could return it. I went back to this smoke shop and would not refund the money. Item was still in the box,never took it out The person who runs the store was very rude and would not even try to work something out. NOT A NICE PERSON AT ALL. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

I usually go to different smoke shops to see if there’s any new interesting shops around Jacksonville and try to also help the business owners get more customers and better sales and help small businesses well today I had my first worst encounter at this store today I walked in and I said hello and explained what I was doing and I was trying to see what they had available to bring so I can try and refer people to that store but the guy at the counter immediately told me I wasn’t allowed to look at anything and I had to tell him what I wanted and because I wasn’t looking for anything particular I was asked to leave when i inquired and asked what the issue was he simply threatened to call the police or shoot me if I didn’t leave I have no idea what there selling in that store but I’ve met drug dealers nicer then these people I shouldn’t be getting threatened at all for walking into a store especially when I was trying to do something nice the place definitely is shady I wouldn’t recommend at all it’s almost as if only certain people are allowed to shop there because as I was kicked out and also lied to and told that there systems were down and they couldn’t help me at all even though I wasn’t buying anything to begin with a lady walked in and I told her the same thing he told me but she still walked in got whatever she ordered in there and spent a good amount of time in there and then left This place is definitely a front for selling harder drugs or something else because I’ve never had this issue anywhere else and I hope that some further investigation is done into this store because they definitely aren’t selling anything good if they have to threaten to shoot you just for not knowing what you want or looking around and also 2 dollars for a black and mild should be illegal Even though the guy said he was the owner I don’t believe him one bit the next time in in the areas I’ll go in there and hopefully have the positive experiences that everyone else has but I will make sure I keep my Camera recording just incase it’s the same guy and he actually is the owner because if same service is received and I get threatened again I will be calling the police to investigate what’s actually going on in that store because no customer should be threaten or denied services just because of poor customer service a business like that operates like that should be shut down immediately hopefully I’ll have better a experience next time Until then this is the worst smoke shop in Jacksonville by far and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there unless your looking for problems or recalling in the mood for the worst attitude and customer service ever I would say it’s safe to go here even other businesses on the strip say the same thing admit that place and that most people that go there just end up going to the food store next door to it because of how rude the workers In This shop are and how poorly it’s ran

i come in here ALL the time. Besties with the owner and coworkers. when you go to buy there is a sign that says “no refund or return after exiting the store”. therefore, you should think about it before you buy and leave. the bad review is not really how this place is, they just expected to be special and get a refund. anyways, COME TO JAXSMOKESHOP amazing customer service and awesome products
