One star only because zero isn’t an option. I’ve been coming to Vapes N Smoke Shop of Aventura for a while, and other staff members have always given me a small discount without any issue. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely unpleasant. The person working today — who said he was the owner — refused the same discount I had always received. When I mentioned that the staff usually honors it, he immediately became argumentative and dismissive. The situation escalated quickly, and he spoke to me in a very disrespectful way. At one point, he even told me to “leave” and refused to sell to me at all. I left the store shocked by how rude and unprofessional the interaction was. I’m posting this so others are aware of how customers may be treated. I will be uploading a video of the interaction as well. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning.

Weird policy, bought vape for 40~$ yesterday at the evening, vape with some issues, I can feel how I’m vaping some burned oil instead of banana flavor And they can’t replace it, cause there’s policy. “You can buy new one with 10% off” Dude I don’t need to buy 2 vapes for 190% and smoke only one of em) What you think about to sell good vapes instead of making defense with that policy lol
