The store is an absolute wonder for a cigar fanatic. My sales rep Greg was interactive, informative and a delight to work with. I walked away with four boxes of cigars at a great price. Will definitely visit again when I’m back to Miami.

Greg was extremely attentive and helpful! He helped me find a beautiful Father’s Day gift for my dad.

Excellent customer service by Gregorio Figueredo. Gregorio took his time to share his vast experience and expertise in selecting the very best for me. An excellent employee who is a credit to Cigar Box brand.

Very nice cigar shop that primarily sells luxury cigar items. I saw a nice variety as well of well known brands and their authentic branding. I did however find them to be quite overpriced compared to competitors in Fort Lauderdale and Florida

Sergio has been amazing for the past year in assisting the family with the purchases of cigars, he's very knowledgeable on the products and always recommends the best for every palate.
