Kim was absolutely phenomenal! So helpful, so informative, so inviting! LOVE this place. Best one I’ve been to in Polk and I’ve tried a lot of shops! So much variety they have absolutely everything

Great shop and great customer service! Will make you feel at home. And great coffee

Sat outside for 20 min and no one has showed up to open the door. It’s posted on the door and online they open at nine. Why is no one here at 925.

This place sells the BEST tasting kratom I have ever had. It’s hard to master the art of making kratom not so bitter, this place hit the nail on the head. They really know what they are doing. If you have ever had kratom and couldn’t bare the taste, this will place will change your mind, I guarantee it.

Was a long time customer. They sold me a faulty vape pen and refused to exchange it even after explaining the situation. Never had an issue until now. They were very rude about it. Even though it was their fault for not having me test it in the store. I would recommend trying another shop before coming here if you don't want to get ripped off. The owner had an entitlement attitude when I told her I was giving her 1 star for their service, product and pricing.
