Attended an a.j. Fernandez event tonight , great deals and complimentary food and beverages, everyone is always friendly and willing to help. Great experience at all their locations. Got all this for 70bucks.

Kathy was great , she sold me some AF cigars that I’ve never had before. Very knowledgeable and polite.

I have been buying my cigars here for years and have had no problems. I went Thursday and bought well over a hundred dollars worth of cigars. When I got home and was putting my cigars in my humidor I found pine holes in three out of ten of them. I took them back to the Bartow store and they said after they leave the store they won't replace them. I will not be buying anything thing from Lowball Louise again!😡😡

They have poor quality items. Cigars are dry and flake off. They also keep turning off on you. I have tried 3 different kinds. They won't take back or exchange because they are protected by a Florida law. They have poor customer service because if you ask about an item they give you minimal information and let you buy it but won't take it back. Honestly I get better quality cigars at Publix.
