Overall, I had a great experience at the Hampton Inn. My stay was comfortable, and most of the staff provided excellent customer service. I especially want to recognize Eli. She took the time to explain everything clearly, treated me with respect, and truly believes that the customer comes first. Her professionalism and positive attitude made a big difference in turning my experience around. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience the night before that stemmed from poor communication. After meeting Amanda, the assistant manager, I believe there is significant room for improvement in her communication and leadership skills. The lack of clear communication between the staff and me created unnecessary confusion and frustration. I believe additional customer service and communication training would help ensure future guests have a better experience. Because of Eli’s outstanding service and the overall quality of the hotel, I am still giving the Hampton Inn a positive review. I hope management recognizes Eli for her exceptional customer service while also addressing the communication issues so future guests receive the same high level of service throughout their stay.

Love this place. Lydia is the BEST bartender. She is awesome, haha great attitude and is always smiling and talking with her customers. She makes amazing drinks and cappuccinos. Het old fashioneds are stellar Great selection of cigars. never disappoints.

Highly recommend this Cigar store. Large walk in humidor with an impressive selection. The Cigar lounge has a fully stocked bar with inside and outside seating. I recommend going for Happy Hour.

This place just has customer service mastered!! Not only do they have the friendliest and helpful staff. They have thought of everything to make your visit an experience. Full liquor, comfortable plush easy chairs, lots of indoor space with the latest up to date ventilation. What a place to hang out with friends and family!!!

Stopped here while traveling for vacation and they did not disappoint! I walked in and they immediately took me to their HUGE humidor and both of the guys were very knowledgeable about cigars and asked questions about what I liked, which is key. They didn’t immediately try to sell me their top cigar. They recommended an EPC pledge and I think it was $12. It was a great smoke! Then the bar! Lots of choices of bourbon but I went with an espresso with a little cream and Lydia put a stick of rock candy in it. First for me but very cool! She was definitely an installation there. Knew all the regulars by name and was very engaging in conversation. It felt like you were one of the guys as soon as you walked in. Would definitely go back!
