BEWARE!!! This place SOLD me a LEAKING RAZ UNIT and the CASHIER-GUY May 7 DID NOT ENTER MY NUMBER FOR POINTS & STORE TAKES *NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR EITHER NONSENSE!!! TOTALLY annoyed after the guy gave me the WRONG UNIT and damaged the inside of my entire leather handbag- Argh! Definitely will NOT purchase at THIS STORE- Delray on Military is professional & shows Customer Service. Never had any issues like this before this Store- NOT RECOMMENDED F-

I went in and purchased a Foger, I came in the day after to report that it was faulty and I was denied an exchange, I described that it was malfunctioning. I was prompt and courteous. I was not allowed to exchange it or receive a new one and told by the manager Matthew that it is because it is a corporate business and he would not be able to help me. That because they are mass produced also it just happens. Unless you test it in store, which the workers there do not have you do it, you don't know if the product works. And you are not provided any customer service or compensation for their faulty devices unless it is same day. So be aware. I will not be returning, and the prices are higher than other local stores.

ALL EXPIRED!! EVERY single salt mix juice I bought here for the last 6 months I found out was severely expired! Just got the creamy crunch today (picture included) and it tasted off. I checked and it’s over 1 year expired!! I went to check my other juices 7 months and 10 months. Are you kidding me?! That’s why they haven’t update their stock in months. They’re selling all expired juice!

I went in there to get a vape and i asked the younger cashier a question three times and he was too busy on his phone to answer and i have vision problems so i cant see a needed assistance reading the flavors and he wouldnt help nor suggest anything and was a complete jerk. Terrible employee.
