I was blown away at the level of customer service offered at Big John's Vapes, a family-owned smoke supplies shop right on 60 in Brandon FL This is the most health conscious smoke shop I have ever been to and the prices are literally unbelievable and unbeatable. Usually you only get one or the other, at Big John's Vapes you'll receive exceptional customer service And discounted prices on all of your smoke shop essentials, including their perfectly brewed kava and kratom! If you live or work anywhere even close to here...It is absolutely worth the drive! When Somebody wows me to the degree in which John and Brandy have today, I believe it should be recognized and shared. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Big John’s Vapes is hands down one of the best vape shops around! Every time we come in, the staff remembers us and makes us feel genuinely welcomed, which says a lot about their customer service. They’re always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help with recommendations or answer any questions. The shop is clean, well-stocked, and has a huge selection of products and flavors. You can tell they truly care about their customers and creating a great experience. We always leave happy and will definitely keep coming back!

By far the best vape shop in town! I've met the owner himself and his family and they are ALL great people! I won't go anywhere else to buy my vape products! Thank you guys so much for your hospitality it means so much to me!!!

This place has the best selection I have seen so far. The prices are very good . The owner's daughter , Shai, gave us a great deal and was very informative. They have definitely won us over.

Stopped by for a new glass piece with specific requirements in terms of how smooth it works and the quality of it with what I could afford and KYLE worked well with me to help me find the right. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Kyle!!
