Giovanni’s Smoke Shop Premium Cigars 1230 Roosevelt Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33756If I could give this place negative five stars, I absolutely would. I walked into Giovanni’s Smoke Shop and the guy behind the counter had an attitude from the second I stepped through the door. He stared me down like he wanted to start a fight, not like he was running a business. When I started asking for prices, he acted annoyed, stingy, and flat-out bothered that I wanted to compare costs before buying anything. Newsflash: customers have the right to know what they’re paying for. Instead, he acted like giving a simple price was some impossible task. On top of that, the shop has virtually no selection. Bare shelves, barely any products, and what little he does have looks like it was ordered from the cheapest warehouse he could find. Nothing premium about it.I do a lot of reviews, and very few of them are bad — but this place earned every bit of this one-star rating. My recommendation: stay far away from this shop. There are plenty of smoke shops in Pinellas County that actually treat customers with respect and carry real inventory. This is not one of them.

Smells wonderful upon walking. Shop is very organized and has friendly helpful staff. Prices and products for everyone and every budget. Loyalty program offers more than most other shops. They even offer a few products I don't see very often in Florida. Great place...I will be back ☺️

I got taken to school in a good way I walked into the shop today and I met Gio. When I asked him if he knew about cigars, he said that yes he did. When I explained that I knew nothing about cigars, but I wanted to know more, I was immediately ushered into his humidor where Gio proceeded to give me a 15 minute cigar lesson for a first time cigar smoker. He explained the composition of a cigar, the different wraps and flavor profiles. Knowing that I was brand new, he could have recommended and foisted upon me one of his more expensive brands, But to see if I actually will enjoy smoking cigars, he instead recommended his budget brand that he said was “Pretty good.” To top it all off, he showed me how to light a cigar, explained how to cut and welcomed me back anytime. I have not even tried the cigars that I purchased, but he still gets five stars and more just for the service and the welcoming environment

Wish I could rate this place seven Stars well how about 10 stars! Highly recommend this place!
