Stopped by Higher Up to pick up a new vape, and I usually always go with Lost Mary. While I was there, I had the pleasure of being helped by Leila, and I can honestly say she provided one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Leila was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to explain different options, answer all of my questions, and helped me find something that matched exactly what I was looking for. Based on her recommendation, I decided to try the BERI system, which uses a rechargeable battery and interchangeable pods. Her recommendation was spot on. I ended up purchasing two bundles along with two extra pods, and I am extremely happy with my purchase so far. The product has been excellent, and I would not have discovered it without her guidance.

Me and my wife used to love this smoke shop, We lived across the street and would go over a couple times a week. Veronica was always very friendly and provided great customer service and it was really convenient and made us want to keep coming back. However over the last couple of years we have bought a torch, A Looka Pen, a battery for a pen and a small water pipe thar have been clearly defective and we have run into issues with every single thing with the only resolution we were met with was " to go to the manufacturer " even on a torch that literally stopped working the next day. Don't even bother calling and speaking to management, you'll pretty much be called a liar and be told everything was purchased at " conventions " not saying stuff they sell is fake it's just a little odd that we have provided the manufacturer info for warranty just to be told it's not coming up with anything and the box the pen came in didn't match what was at the shop so take that info however you may please 🤷 we spent all of our points there and now we will gladly make the extra drive to Hazy Bear where they actually seem to care about the customers. Have not been to the other locations but with how bad this one is I don't want to give them anymore of my Money. If you purchase anything besides Gars and trays buyer beware.

Great customer service!! Love employee Tayla she was so nice to help find the right product for me and my friend, she gave us great feedback on the options and descriptions of each product, definitely recommend higher up for anyone else looking for the right stuff!

they have a very nice selection with lots of different options, the girl working jordan was very helpful and i got exactly what i needed, would come back again!

I used to LOVE this smoke shop, and all the employees. I even brought friends with me and told many people about it. Then I purchased a couple KIK vapes and they stopped working ( one almost 75% full and the other about 50% full)..when I brought them back to the store and explained the problem, the employee just looked at me ans said "what do you want me to do about it?" Very rude and condescending. I asked about getting a refund or some other replacement. She said "We don't do that," ...I realized that this must be a common issue at this store because the employee was not surprised it stopped working and wasn't willing to do anything about it. It's too bad because I frequented thus store a few times a week. Now I have moved to another smoke shop that treats their customers with respect and understanding.
