My experience was really good very good customer service. They had my juice and it wasn't over priced. The shop has skate gear that's cool

Jeff was amazing and helpful one one my favorite workers

Solid place. Really clean and organized, they got pretty much anything to get you set up. Guy at the front really helped me pick something specific for me, since I’m not a fan of strong flavors….would come back for sure.

HORRIBLE workers here. Energy in the room was off the second i walked in. extremely rude. I was racially profiled by a worker that accused of stealing(mind you he was starrng me down from the second i walked in) when i never did even after I emptied my pockets the worker never apologized or anything . Made me feel extremely uncomfortable not to mention that i had already spent $30 before i was accused of stealing i had told him i wanted to look around for an ashtray then this happened . Sad because this was my go to smoke shop but will make sure never to step foot in there again & advise everyone I know not to go there either 👎🏽

This is my home Vape Store. It has been nothing but good vibes since the day I first walked. Thank you guys for hooking it up literally. There’s no better place than this one in the area for good quality vapes. Even good quality vapes look cheap compared to vapes from The Hookup. We made it a daily routine to stop in for some Kratom products and possibly a vape. I officially see you guys more than my family. Thanks for always bringing the good vibes. You guys have a customer for life now 💪🔥
