the lady with the red dyed hair was really nice she sold me a battery but it was dead i took it anyways and went to charge it. it was bricked and didn’t work at all so i took it back, saw the same lady and this other guy who was working he had short hair and a bunch of tats. told the lady what happened she was really apologetic and was going to offer me and exchange. other dude comes butting in the conversation saying they can only give 50% off since it left the store (even though i was never told that was the policy and it wasn’t my fault the battery was bricked). he then asks if that’s cool😂 no lol i already bought another battery from a good smoke shop i don’t want another one of your bricks and to spend even more money. went from good customer service with the lady to bad with that weird dude real quick. anyways yall lost my business and all my friends, not gonna waste my time when there’s way better smoke shops.

This shop is the nicest plug shop I've been in so far and all the staff is really nice especially Igor. He was very knowledgeable on all the products I had a vape that I remembered I really liked but couldn't remember the name and I haven't found it in forever he helped me find something very similar that I'm happy with and now I'm hooked it's my new favorite vape. I will definitely be coming in to this location more. Very clean and friendly vibes.

Honestly, was a pretty bad experience. Girl in the morning there made it difficult to buy something that was not even a vape 😂 I’m a grown ass man and she making it difficult to buy something butane. Shout out to smoke valley though! If you need something go there.. won’t be a haste just to get something 😂

Great customer service and friendly, Igor was very helpful with the knowledge of all my THC needs, ill definitely come back and shop a 2ed time.
