Showed up at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday to this note on the window. So I waited for 10 minutes and called. Finally, after it ringing for quite some time, a manly lady answered the phone and was super rude. Upon entering the store, I asked for the 510 vape batteries and she only had one selection of five different colors and she mentioned if I Didn’t see the sign on the door? I said I saw it and it was weird to see that during regular business hours. Usually you see that at the state fair or a local carnival. Steve - Coral Springs - greated me and helped me out 100% from the moment I walked in their door.. So much more better than the Margate store thst I went to yesterday (if you are sick Nelly, stay home-don't take it out on others)!! Thanks Steve in Coral Springs for helping me and greating me like a customer should be treated instead of like an being an intrusion of your space like I felt like at he Margate store!! I will spend my money where it's appreciated (at the Coral Springs store)!! 🌿

Walked into the store today and was shocked. Apparently new owners. The girl behind the counter was rather unpleasant and had none of the three items I was looking for. The layout is chaotic. Such a shame. The previous owners were amazing and I loved going there. No more.

I have been coming here for over 10 years and I have always loved this location. They offered a rewards program. The customers were extremely kind and helpful and since it has been taken over by new ownership, they’ve gotten rid of most of their inventory, they canceled their rewards program and they cut back on staff so they are always short staffed. I don’t know how they will last under this new ownership.

I’ve been going to this place for a couple months now since moved to Coral Springs recently and from the first day I walked in, Katie has always attended me. She’s super helpful and very informative. Definitely gives 10/10 service and is always a pleasure to do business with. Definitely recommend coming here because of her service and the great products and point system they have
