Went in for a gift pack for my wife's cousin. The employee was super helpful. Large selection. Great customer service.

This store was recommended to me by a couple coworkers who are heavy cigar smokers. What a great store. You can really tell the owner has a passion for Tobacco products in general. The woman working there was extremely kind. They even had Pipe tobacco which I will be going back to get. Prices were amazing also, even beating out online shops for their singles on cigars. Cant wait to shop here again.

I went there to get a vape. Because I buy one before and it was nice the lady in front desk already know me I show her my driver's license and everything was OK. But the she just tell me she could not sell me because my driver's license was expired but she do take it the time before. So lost a customer and I just take my money somewhere else

The lady working there asked for my ID .. no problem regular protocol. Im not from florida so I show my ID from my country. She says I need a passport because im not from Florida.. nobody actually walks with their passport on them 24/7 For cigarettes too? Damn. Anyways lost a sale.

Nice staff and has good variety of inventory.
