The girl with the straight black hair and glasses is the sweetest and most patient girl ever, she helped me out choose out a glass piece and chose a vape flavor for me and I’m in love. It’s my first time coming in and definitely many more just for her. THANK YOU GIRLYYY!!

I’ve been visiting this establishment for a few years now. I always receive excellent service from the three lovely ladies that work there. Their service is so exceptional, they refer to me by my first name when I walk into the store. I always leave with a smile on my face.

I literally went in there to get basic essentials and I’m asking if she has the 300 pack raw paper and she doesn’t even turn around to look immediately tells me no they don’t have but I see the regular and organic sitting right behind her and what’s so crazy is I literally complimented her on customer service a few weeks back…long story short everybody going through stuff and nobody cares suck it up! If she misunderstood me she could’ve asked what I said not turn around with an attitude and say well I guess we do have it,yall need to take accountability this is the reason why customer service has gone to the dogs because of owners who make excuses you wasnt even there but okay

Just came in to try and get a vape and the lady behind the register had a little bit of an attitude and seemed annoyed that I was asking about what selection they had. Then asked if everything was okay because I was thrown off by her tension so I unfortunately started matching her energy and she basically just told me to leave. Sucks I wasted gas coming here
