They removed all of their kratom products. They said the FDA came in and told them it was illegal lmfao. I talked to the clerk about it and he told me that the owner was forced to remove it by the FDA a couple days ago. I told the clerk he might want to check that alleged FDA agents credentials because kratom is 100% legal. The federal government has not banned it. I informed the clerk that they are 100% incorrect about that. Whoever told you that is either a competing smoke shop, a fraudulent agent that stole your merch, or you miss heard a news headline about Connecticut and incorrectly assumed that applied to Florida. I am floored that they are so wrong about something so easily verified. The federal government would have to enact an emergency band which the 1970 CSA does provide, but they have not done so. To actually schedule it it would take a minimum of 18 months to 2 years. You guys are literally the only smoke shop in Volusia county or Florida for that matter that removed all of their kratom products because the FDA allegedly told you to.

I drove around 2 weeks, looking for the specifics pod no one had .this shop had them and hundreds more. Great place excellent prices

Jay is excellent every single time I come in I am greeted by him and he is extremely friendly and helps me with any questions that I have. The prices are also very good extremely good compared to any of the local smoke shop. I recommend the smoke shop out of any other location in the area and Jay does an excellent job.
