Location is ok. Even though it’s next to Oasis treatment. Place where you take classes for substance abuse lol. I haven’t been inside yet but might go in tomorrow. Owner complains about parking cuz he probably wants more business but you got 3-4 businesses in that tiny plaza and the parking lot is super small and your next to a business that holds classes of people from 10-15 people and let’s say we all drive that’s 10-15 parking spaces. So he needs to have patience and empathy and know the cars are only there for an hour and most recovering addicts smoke so you need to be nice to them cuz they’ll buy from you before or after class and try and get lottery Certification cuz we like scratchers and taking a chance with the lottery. Maybe get the automatic lottery machine that dispenses the tickets. Someone complained about him being on the phone when a customer needs help. That’s not knowing how the middle eastern people are. They always on the phone. It don’t bother me as long as they got what I need and I buy and go. Who cares. It’s a place that sells things to people who are smokers/addicts. He’ll always have customers no matter what. Also change location possible closer to a neighborhood where people can walk to you or open a second location near summer haven. Office Depot closed maybe lease that building next to circle k off Saxon. More customers.

This little smoke shop is a hidden gem! Dont let the outside fool you, inside! its small, sweet, and has a real neighborhood vibe. The owner is super friendly and knows their stuff, always ready with a recommendation. The staff are just as awesome, making u feel welcome every time. It's got a cozy down to earth feel that you don't find in those big, fancy places. If you want a great selection and even better service, this is the spot. Seriously, the people who work here make it worth the trip.

Came in for some Shisha. They had herbal Shisha as well, which many shops don’t carry. Even had ones with CBD which I hadn’t seen before! For the price of CBD, not bad! Also had nice assortment all around. Will definitely be coming back.

Shop was really clean and the employees were very respectful and they gave me a great deal! Highly recommend y’all come check this shop out!!
