⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing smoke shop with a great selection and outstanding customer service. José is the best! He’s always friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to help you find exactly what you need. If José isn’t there, I honestly don’t buy anything because no one else provides the same level of service. He always makes every visit worth it. Highly recommend this place!

I USED to love going to this shop! It's closer to my house than the one that carries a better selection at a lower price and I would often pop in (even though I'd inevitable pay extra) however my experience today has encouraged me to take my business elsewhere. I'd been going in for six months and the two employees who worked there were so cool that I'd often find myself just chatting with them while I wanted for my tacos from next door but today I encounter a young girl who needed an attitude adjustment and a bra. I asked her for the price on an item and she stated an amount that was double what I'd paid last time. When I mentioned it, she insisted she was right. I asked if she could just scan it to see, to which she replied "Even if it comes up a different price, I'm going to charge you $49.99" because that was the price of the item next to it and the only difference was the flavor. The thing is, if it had been one of the two other employees, I would have bought it anyway because they understand that you have to treat people like people. It's too bad stores don't understand that these young kids end up costing them business and money.

Horrible customer service. The woman working there was not helpful and had an attitude when we asked questions. They were having issues with Apple Pay, and we were simply trying to make sure we would get our money back. Instead of being helpful or reassuring, she seemed bothered that we were asking. Very disappointing experience. Just go to the smoke shop across the street not sure how this place has the rating it has.

Jose was SUPER helpful. Prices are great. They have a loyalty punch card & inventory is unmatched. Definitely recommend & is my go to spot.

Probably one of the worst customer service I’ve experienced with a Smoke Shop thus far. Asking basic question like the telephone number was a difficult task to say the least. As a vet the last thing I need is an employee to disrespect by rolling her eyes at me. C’mon now…
