Every time I come to Florida, visiting my daughter, this is the best vape shop I have ever. I come down from Pittsburgh and every time I walk in they remember me. Good prices and great service.

The young lady that was working the store ( I believe her name started with a T) while I was visting family in the area was of tremendous help to me to finding the product I desired. She was so patient with me I returned the next day and bought a couple hundred dollars worth of products. I come to this area sometimes a few times of year and plan to always patronize this business because she rocks at customer service!! The store didn't have the exact match of what I came in for but I left quite happy with product I bought based upon her knowledge. Save yourself self disappointments and time by always stopping at this vape shop first!

I actually love this shop and use to come here alot. The problem is , now that I've moved to the other side of town I don't come as often. Do to business in the area, I was looking forward in stopping by. I usually drop around $100+ everytime i stop in. According to the hours online, they open at 9am. Currently its 0948. The place is closed. Another issue i have is that, as I say, I drop $100+ on vapes whenever i stop in. I always ask, and received a Veterans discount. This is not a big thing, but when you are spending alot of money at one time it helps. Issue is, the last time I was there, 10/16, I asked for the discount and they looked at me like I was robbing the place. "We don't do discounts and NEVER have" i politely told them that I've been coming here for over 7yrs and ALWAYS received a discount. " well we don't do discounts " i was taken aback because, one its a small thing that helps me personally, and second, the way she said that was like I was trying to scam them or something. Im 53 yrs old, military veteran, and retired law enforcement. I than ran my own company, which so happen to be gas stations that sold the same stuff they sell. So I know the actual cost and mark ups of the items. So it won't exactly put them out of business. On top of that, in business, customer service is paramount. You can have the best store, best products, and best location. If you don't have the right staff, you will go out of business in a year or less. The owners really need to look into there hiring procedures and the staff on hand. Retraining is a must. Lecture over. Thank you, and God Bless

The girl up front is rude, came out in spandex (very unprofessional) was not interested in doing anything other then cashing out. Even the tone of “have a good day” was as if she meant it sarcastically. Wouldn’t recommend. Also the box that the cones came in, fell apart instantly, they are also over pricing on the rate $3 something

I been coming here regularly lately and I had to leave a review after the ridiculous service I received today. I am just simply trying to buy what I came for and leave. The short girl working the front desk was very very very slow literally just conversing with customers in front of me after their business got done with instead of tending to me while I been waiting patiently. Then looking up prices and items in the store related with previous customer transactions, taking up even more time rather than doing that after taking care of me as a customer. Ridiculous! Also conversing with her is always very unpleasant, very emotionless and cold and makes me not want to support the store if I see her working there. I always regret saying have a nice day after not receiving at least a response out of courtesy.
