The constant be back in 15 minute sign is getting old who knows when he put the sign up there is a 15 minute period every 15 minutes I've sat out here many times for 30 plus minutes not wasting my time here any longer I had enough time to wait 15 minutes. I'm typing this as an edit after the owners response. I went back 25 minutes later door was closed and a line of people outside so he came opened the door I called him out immediately he didn't come or go he was sitting in the back room said he could see us on the cameras but was chillen That's why I won't go back dude can see people outside but couldn't care less but to be fair you work dude 7 days a week I assume to keep cost down but they make shifts for a reason to keep from people burning out an to make sure the store stays open an thriving but to each there own he signed up for it but at the root of it A good owner would protect his investment this was a prime was to lose steady customers

I’ve been going to this place for about two years. Been doing a lot of fighting back-and-forth. Be careful when you use your card. They overcharge you and take your money The customer service is horrible and I’ve never met a place so disrespectful that when I try to reason with them, they called me broke and cheap because I was not willing to comply with the way they did things like stealing your money get a medical card you’re better off you’ll save more money in the long run.They have way better deals.

The staff is fantastic, the store is always super clean and organized, and there's a lot of variety to choose from. They also have a great selection of cigars!

I go by here frequently. Its a great shop with good, polite, nice staff. I would recommend this place anytime.

Was overcharged by $2 for a pack of cigarettes asked for a refund to go elsewhere and was told the machine does not do refunds. It is a cash register. It’s not rocket science they clearly need to train better or get more competent people. Won’t be returning and have been a long time customer.
