I got my order very fast they also threw in two extra vapes this is the best experience I’ve had with any online order regarding vapes orders I will buy again soon thanks

Placed my order on August 20 - was supposed to arrive August 23 (tracking status was showing it would be delivered Aug. 23 but never showed it “out for delivery”). UPS confirmed for me days later on August 26 that the package was most likely lost because the last physical scan of the package was on August 22 and they said I needed to reach out to Vape City for them to file a claim with UPS and reship my order. I tried for several days via online chat and calling the store to get assistance with this but got no response. I finally got an email on September 3 stating my package was delivered to California (I live in SC). So again, I tried to reach out just to request my money back (which I had already done several times at this point too because I am clearly not getting my order). Vape City sent me an email today, September 11, with an order number and tracking number - currently a label has been created for my package on September 7 and it is still sitting in Florida. Again, I placed my original order on August 20. I have no clue when my order will be delivered or if I will get my money back. Will not order from here again - stay away! ☹️

Do not trust this company! Ordered on Oct 28th. No tracking# provided.Contacted then and they said OSM delivered on 11/4. I never received my order. Whi is OSM? They couldnt even tell me what company delivered it? Never again!

Terrible customer service and impossible to reach. I placed a small $50 order to be delivered in 3-5 days. It has now been 10+ days, the package is lost (directly from vapecity USA’s email) and that I needed to contact the shipper directly to resolve the issue on my own. There is no customer support phone, and email support is useless. I’m now out $50, no product, and no help from their customer service. Take your business to one of the other 100’s of distributors.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ARE MONEY!! I've been using Vape city over a year they used to deliver in 3-5 days but now it 14 plus days! They often ship leaking empty vapes they don't replace with the same vape they send the cheapest vape they have & give you 40% off next order! Y'all lost a customer that spent thousands! DO BETTER!!!! 🤬
