Door locked, building empty, & nobody answering the phone during business hours on a Thursday. Absolute waste of my time & prevented me from getting my RX renewed until who knows when ill have another day off to go to south Jax, bc god forbid these lazy dogs do their job during business hours with a neon green "OPEN" sign in the window.
