First off I NEVER take the time to post a Review, but today I had the Most "Awful Experience" I've Ever had at a Dispensary!!!:(, My budtender was Robert, He was VERY Rude to me immediately, I told him I had $60 to spend, and was cordial an friendly with him and told that I couldn't not see VERY Good Bad Eyes 👀 and I asked him to read off the percentages of the THC, and he frowned at me, you can tell he didn't like me, that's how I felt, Sooooooooo he seemed upset the whole time with me!? It was a Terrible Experience for me!!! His customer service was Awful!!! , he told me I had to buy things from the back to get things in the front, so I said okay if I have to spend more than 60$ I'll go into my savings account so I could get stuff from the front of the store on discount, but once he brought out the items he continued to have a Bad attitude, when I asked another question about wax, when I asked him to look into another discount box front of the store only cuz I'm losing my eyesight 👀 I asked for his help once again he got frustrated with me, I asked him why are you getting "Mad" at me!!! He Cuz U keep asking Questions, I told him I can't see very good items are printed small!!! ... He had No patience and was Rude with me!!! So I asked him to speak with a manager and he said he was a manager!? I was Shocked, he then Looked at me VERY Ugly Smirk on his face and then walked off into an office, he went behind closed doors and disappeared!? 1 minute later "Ashley" came out and she was Amazing and told me it was okay! And apologize for him!!!? This guy Robert was so Rude to me I told her! She apologized again, She was amazing "Ashley" made the rest of my Experience terrific!!! She is Awesome people person Great at what she does!!! Robert should not be a Manager he has Terrible Customers service!!! I've had problems with him in the past with him being hateful!!! This is just the first time that I made a review of it!!! I can't be the first to notice his Bad Attitude!!! Sorry I had to be so honest someone just needs to know about this!!! He was so Rude to me!!!🫤 Very unsatisfied customer!!!🫤

I rarely write reviews because, in all honesty, most experiences just don't warrant taking the time. This one absolutely did. Tiea provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed without ever making me feel rushed. A good employee doesn't always mean a good person. Plenty of people can do their job well. But every now and then you meet someone whose character shines through in the way they treat others. That was my experience with Tiea. Her kindness, professionalism, and authenticity made the entire visit memorable. Employees like Tiea are rare, and they deserve to be recognized. She didn't just make a sale—she made the visit worthwhile. Thank you for making such a positive impression.

The team at this store is fabulous! Sterling helped me during my last trip. She offered help with a product that I have never tried. She is very knowledgeable. Her friendly demeanor is a real treasure for customer service.

Stephen was amazing as always. I always have a good laugh when I go in he’s the life of the party for real. Ps it would be great if they could get rock bot back and play there tunes again it was great music

I really wish I had gotten a survey after my visit last night because I absolutely would have filled it out. I hate that I can’t remember the name of the woman who helped me, but she was working the corner station immediately to the left when you walk in. I came in around 7:30 PM, maybe closer to 8:00, and she was phenomenal. I do not come to this location often because I live farther out toward Hilliard, closer to Callahan, so it is a bit of a drive for me. Even so, Trulieve is still one of my favorite places to go. It can definitely get busy, but if you go later in the evening, it seems much easier to get in and out. Last night, I checked in, sat down, and before I could even get comfortable, she was already coming to get me. I already had a pickup order, but I was also looking for a recommendation for something similar to what I usually buy. I normally go for diamonds, and as anyone knows, that gets expensive fast. I wanted something with a similar experience at a better price point that I could pair with what I usually get. She was incredibly patient, took her time with me, listened to what I like, and gave me a recommendation that ended up being absolutely perfect. When you are used to diamonds, you get very spoiled and very picky, especially about taste, so I am not easy to please. She really knew what she was talking about, and I am so glad I trusted her recommendation. I just wanted to leave this review to say thank you for such a great experience. I truly appreciate the time, kindness, and customer service she gave me. She made the whole visit easy and enjoyable.
