Been coming here for over 3 years and I’ve never had a single problem. No issues with parking or customer service. Shops always clean and well stocked. It’s a shame all these one star reviews are at the top because they don’t represent a majority of people’s experiences here. As long this place is in business, I’ll keep coming. Justin is the man!

Terrible experience here. Bought some glass and a touch from this store, tourch sold to me was defective and didn't work after first fire, went in hours later and was told to bad its my problem. Absolute disregard for their customers will never step foot in here again. Avoid this place there's plenty of good vape shops within a mile.

Was not geeted at the door, seemed to be preoccupied in her phone for some great amount of time…..live across the street she had never waited on me before……I’ve bought Elf bars done them a few times. 4 times they have been bad. I opened them in the store and they gave me a new one. This time I did a 3 for 60$ deal and both on the Three went bad. I went in for a replacement and they said all sales are final.. I put their bag and their receipt somewhat forcibly on the counter and she proclaimed I attacked her. She called her boss/owner/boyfriend she put him on the phone for like 20 seconds as the girl never gave me the phone and only berates on speaker with the owner. He never listened to my story or complaint about the product. She said . Judge for tots elves he will be at the store in 3 minutes……..I stood still with my mouth closed and my arms behind my back for 20 minutes, A guy Tattooed neck and face arrives with a bulldog…..not sure who he is but reached down to pet him and their owner said don’t tough my dog…..I started to explain my situation with him and he immediately said all sales are final get out of my store. I’ll of this is on video they have full record of this situation.judge for yourselves if you ever want to shop with them. Videos don’t lie…….#Caughtoncamera Buyers beware
