I had a great experience at the smoke shop, and Kayla was a big reason why. She was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. She took the time to help me, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with my choices without making me feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about providing good customer service. Her positive attitude and knowledge made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Kayla!

Marley, was a breathe of fresh air for the location I’ve always chosen first for my “selections”. Stop in and ask for a more in depth customer service experience.
