Great experience at SOFLO SMOKE SHOP! The space is tidy, the product selection is extensive, and the team provides warm, expert service. They stock high‑quality Kangvape 60K and 70K vapes with amazing flavor and long‑lasting performance. It’s a trustworthy local shop with fair prices and attentive staff—definitely worth visiting!

I bought two vapes, and one of them stopped working on the second day. With a fully charged battery and smoking mixture, the display shows 0.0 and does not smoke. They checked it, confirmed that it really wasn't working, and said "oops." They couldn't help. They refused to exchange it and were very rude.

I’m a regular at this shop because I live a block away. Big shoutout to Gio, he got the best customer service you can get at a smoke shop hands down and best deals. I’ll fight anyone about it if you don’t believe me. He’s the MAN

Hello Vadim, I take great pride in providing excellent customer service to everyone who visits or works with us, and I’m disappointed to read this review. Unfortunately, your comments do not reflect the actual events of your experience. It seems this review may have been written out of frustration after not receiving the outcome you wanted, rather than an issue with the service provided. I value all genuine feedback and always strive to resolve concerns fairly and respectfully. However, I also believe it’s important to clarify when information shared publicly isn’t accurate. If you’d like to discuss this matter further or clarify any details, please reach out directly — I’m always open to constructive conversation. - Gio From SOFLO Smokeshop.
