Out of all smoke shops in Miami this is my top smoke shop never fails with customer service John is always very helpful always recommending the best !!

I was a regular customer until today. They sell you a vape, and if it's faulty, they exchange it for the same one, which is also faulty. Terrible service for someone who was a frequent customer.

I bought a $65 vape less than a week ago with a supposed warranty that doesn't exist. The vape had internal problems and according to the owner of the place they can't replace it. As far as I'm concerned, one less customer. Very bad experience.

Excellent service 👍
