We visited Walmart in Inverness as our first stop after arriving in the U.S., and it was a great experience overall. It’s a wonderful place for visitors from other countries who need essentials for immediate use — everything you could possibly need under one roof! My daughter loved the store, but we did face one challenge — they only had electric scooters and no manual wheelchairs available. Since my daughter has both mobility and intellectual challenges, she couldn’t use the scooter, so she could walk just a little and then had to rest on a bench. I truly wish Walmart offered wheelchair options for customers who cannot use the motorized scooters. It would make such a difference for families like ours

I always have a pleasant experience at this WalMart but generally nothing noteworthy. However, I want to recognize an exceptional employee we encountered on our last visit. My son has been saving to purchase a new video game and had a mixture of cash and plenty of coins to pay for it. Gil didn’t skip a beat and stayed positive and friendly the entire time while counting everything out. I want to say thank you for being so patient and for treating my son so respectfully and matching his enthusiasm.

I recently visited the Walmart Eye Center, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the incredible care I received. I had no idea I needed glasses until I went on vacation and realized how much I was missing. The optometrist was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The wonderful girls on the floor staff were friendly, welcoming, and so helpful throughout the entire process. Because of them, I now see the world with clarity I didn’t know I was lacking. They truly brought brightness and joy back into my life.

Store is nice!! We like to use self check but this time the worker didn't understand why we had 2 carts and person wasn't understanding her to get out of way!! They need training on recognizing disabilities. Other than that, shopping went well.

The store is very clean. The workers were very helpful. Some shelves were empty but considering the amount of traffic that goes through here that's acceptable. Mostly the shelves were stocked. This is my first time in the store and I very much enjoyed it. The parking lot was easy to drive in and out of and was also clean. (Most of the carts were put in the right place) I give this store a 4.5 Stars!
