This place is always an adventure but what really made today’s visit a great experience was Charlie! Charlie knew exactly what l needed, was super pleasant and professional and l definitely will be returning to this store. AND my back pain is gone; Thank You Charlie!!

Smoke shops are a dime a dozen, but I come back because of Charlie. First time I came in he helped me find the perfect gummies. I come back at least twice a week to see Charlie. Always smiling and always handling business.

I have been coming & doing business with this shop for over a year always had a good experience everybody in this shop knows who I am that being said I recently purchased a disposable vape that was faulty…. Came back into store next day or day after because the vape would not charge… was refused when asked for an exchange. I feel like as much money I spend here and as much as I come in and go nowhere else along with the fact everyone in this store knows me and I’ve never had a problem before that it should be no big deal to replace this vape…. One star for sure and I’m not sure if I will go back in now to be honest!!

Sad I have to put only 2 stars... I would put 5 (which was my old rating for this store) I had to put 2 because it's clear to me that the owner doesn't care about their customers or their employees input. I used to buy a box of dutches from this store, came in a couple times and they were out of what I buy.. finally they have what I buy & I come in to find out that they raised the prices and don't want to accept loyalty anymore.. I've came into this store a couple of times the past week only to be disappointed, and then told I have to pay more for the same product I've been buying.. I should've gotten credit for all the times I came in and what I wanted wasn't available. Guess I won't be shopping over here anymore.
