Great customer service! Very knowledgeable staff that takes their time to answer your questions and describe products. They also have a huge selection of vape&juices, pipes and hooka! And a rewards program! I will definitely be using this place for all of my vape supply needs! Bought an e-vape, employee also gave a brief walkthrough of warranty. He allowed me to check the product in store and it worked fine. A FIVE STAR 🌟 from me....

Owner won’t accept coins if they’re dirty. Perfectly good legal tender is not good enough for this guy. Weird attitude to have for a business owner. Asked him for one 2 pack of swishers and he tries to upcharge me for two 2 packs

Price gouging, at its finest. Let me be brutally honest about my experience with Vapor Smoke Shop on Old St. Augustine Rd. In my opinion, this place is an insult to anyone with a functioning brain cell. About a week ago, I walked in and saw prices so ridiculously inflated it felt like a prank. The clerk immediately blamed “tariffs,” which would almost be funny if it wasn’t so insulting especially because the products I was looking at are MADE IN THE U.S. manufactured in California, Tariffs don’t apply to them. It felt like they were counting on customers being too rushed or too uninformed to notice. Unfortunately, I was in a rush, so I bought the item anyway. But the more research I did afterward, the more obvious it became to me that something was seriously off. So I went back today ready to get answers. And what did I get? The same clerk feeding me the same excuse, plus a laughable “I’m calling the owner to find out the price” performance that in my opinion looked completely staged. The whole interaction felt like smoke, mirrors, and nonsense designed to justify gouged prices. Based on my experience, this shop operates like it expects customers to just swallow whatever story they’re given and hand over their money without question. If you enjoy feeling taken advantage of, talked down to, and overcharged to an absurd degree, then by all means, this is your paradise. As for me? I’m done. Completely done. In my opinion, this business doesn’t deserve a single cent or a sliver of trust from anyone.

Device was defective and I never left the store. The own was rude and told me I can purchase another device because she hasn’t had any complaints regarding the brand. I’ve always purchased from this shop since I’ve moved to Jax and now I’ll never return.
