The best smoke shop on the westside if you are near 103rd or even worth the drive . I always have a great experience here at Duval Smoke and Ink 8282 103rd Street . This store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with a huge variety of products, from vapes, kratom ,glass pieces to wraps and accessories. The staff is simply amazing . Always friendly, knowledgeable, and takes to time to answer questions . I watch them treat all customers with respect and gratitude every time I’m in there. They never make the customers feel rushed when undecided . Their prices meets my expectations which is why I’ve been shopping here the last several years. Overall, the customer service and selection of products is what keeps me coming back. If you’re looking for a reliable and reasonable smoke shop this place is for you.

Best Flower prices I found. To be honest I went to most of all shops on the strip. This one has a excellent customer service and I don't mind driving far to get there.

I went in there one afternoon on July 6th to buy some things..as I walked up to the cashier, she never greeted me or my BF and she was giving a non customer directions to who knows where. I waited patiently for about 5-7 minutes and still no acknowledgment or “I’ll be right with you.” She took so long we walked out and I could see the concern on other customers that had walked in too. For a busy smoke shop spot, I would have appreciated some sense of urgency to attend customers…if it helps it was a White lady with gauges in her ears and lots of piercings. Next time, please try and attend rege because I always go there but I guess I’m going to try another smoke shop where I’m not ignored. :(
