Terrible service! My boyfriend is the type to not say anything at restaurants or stores but we bought a vape that didn’t fit the battery and was told no refund could be done and we hadn’t left the store or tried it. The worker mixed with curly hair was extremely dismissive and rude when I spoke up. I hope he gets fired!

I purchased a frozen strawberry raz on 7/26 between 10-11am. I get to work this morning 7/27 and it starts tasting burnt. So when I got off I went back to the store. The guy didnt care to look at the vape or the transaction. Poor customer service and yall sell bad vapes.

I paid wayyyyy more than my normal smoke shops for Kratom. They didn’t have sudo the brand I use. So, I got this one. It doesn’t work. I have to take a whole one to get the same effect as half of a Sudo. They’re overpriced and do not carry an effective Kratom product. The store is cluttered and unorganized. Dave your money and go somewhere else .

I bought 2 vape lost Mary and both didn't work first try at store its fine the left and went home can't even getting any hit its so hard so for back to exchange but I get yovo flavor good but short time the lost Mary 5000 puffs its poor flavor not good hitting and tonight I try called 3 times to ask question if they have product in looking for but they pick up 1st then hang up call 2nd that I'm deaf I have an interpreter on phone they hang up so I called 3rd and 4th its keep ringing ringing 10 times but nothing i see online say 11 I call at 10 its only one block from my home I need to see before walk at night for nothing

I come in to buy a waterpipe, there are two cabinets that are blocked from view by the counter due to the newer setup, I asked if I could just step to side so I can see the glass pieces and I was told no. How do you expect people to buy stuff if you keep it out of view and also dont let them even look at the products? If im willing to spend 100+ on a glass piece I expect to be able to actually see the glass pieces. Never coming here again. Guy seemed rude about it too.
