This is my favorite smoke shop in the Jacksonville/Mandarin area. All the staff are extremely helpful and patient. They have a huge selection and variety of items. Go check them out. Ella was down to earth an helped me choose the best product for me.! Thanks

Very good employees and customer services would recommend for all and everyone should come and check their products out.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. The customer service was top-tier—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The products exceeded my expectations in both quality and performance. You can tell they take pride in what they offer. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning. Charly was amazing!
