I love the customer service Mayar was very helpful very kind good at his job overall I love the store because his good spirit makes me want to come in all the time when I do see him

There is this super rude girl who works there who is always on her phone and zero help whatsoever. She also closes the shop early and leaves the open sign on cause she’s lazy and doesn’t want to work. They supposedly close at 11, I get there at 1050 and the door is locked with the open sign on and she just stares at me thru the window and shrugs. I will never shop here again unless the owner fires her. I am so sick and tired of going in there and seeing her cause she is so absolutely RUDE.

Made a purchase here, opened it before bed and it was completely dead upon taking it out of the package. It had no power at all. I plugged it in, in hopes that some power would come to it if I charged it overnight but it was still a black screen in the morning. They didn’t offer any type of exchange or refund. I wish they would have reminded my husband to check it out before leaving. Yes I understand that you have rules and policies but there are also exceptions to rules and policies when dealing with loyal repeat customers. We moved to Fruit Cove in November of last year and this was our new go to spot but I’m not sure any more. It’s just hurtful when you work hard just to have to throw money out the window. Maybe they have a way to repackage them or something. IDK Something weird is going on for sure. I definitely do not have time to concoct a HUGE PLAN to trick them into a $20 product for free and I take it as an insult when they act like that and treat us customers as disposable as a product that they carry. They get 2 stars for location alone because I am a fair person. The woman at the counter told my husband that the owners do not care about the customers. Very sad. They lost a lot of revenue today.
