I’ve been a loyal customer of this smoke shop for about a year and a half, and today was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had here. The old employee lady who helped me was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I pulled up in the drive thru!! She actually shut the sliding glass window in my face while I was still talking, removed half of the product I had selected, and was dismissive when I asked simple questions about my purchase. What really bothered me was the pricing. I was buying a $10 flower, but she tried to charge me almost $12. That’s nearly a 20% increase, which didn’t make sense to me. I’ve purchased the same products here many times and have never been charged anything close to that. Instead of politely explaining the charges, she had an attitude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her just by asking the question and her name to complain about her!!! I only completed the purchase because it was for my mom. Otherwise, I would have walked out. She told me her daughter is the manager, but regardless of who manages the store, customer service like this is unacceptable. I’ve recommended this shop to people in the past, but after today’s experience, they have lost my business. I hope the owner sees this review because employees who treat customers this way can quickly damage a business’s reputation.

Camila and Patricia are absolutely wonderful. They’ve helped me out so much the past year I’ve been buying from them. They’ve helped me find the right product for me and helped me save so much money when I buy from them weekly to bi-weekly. I was very upset to hear Patrica was let go with how wonderful she was with customer service as well as advocating for me when needed. The two of them are very professional and personable at the same time, asking how I’m doing and caring about me as a customer. I appreciate Patricia and Camila so very much. They make this shop a safe place for me to buy from. I recommend this location so very much.

This place is the best smoke shop to go to. Cami and Patricia are the best and friendliest workers there and they always make sure their customers are satisfied. They always greet their customers with a smile and always make conversation building that customer relationship. 10/10 recommended.

This place is the BOMB! I love coming here. They have EVERYTHING you need and more. Thirsty? They have good drinks. The quality of their products is superb 👌🏾💯 This is my go to place. Open until 2 am and they have a drive-thru. The workers are friendly and helpful. If you don't know what you're looking for, just ask. They'll help. Thanks Seaglass Smoke and Vape! Plus I love the carpet on the inside. It gives my millennial heart such 90s nostalgia.
