I'm a typical customer, maybe once a month i go here. I try to spread it out as much as possible but i always do business here when i need to. 1. Awesome, lean back, pretty much a safe space for you with how chill people are- i never had issues here with anybody. 2. Occasionally you can get deals with their point system. 3. Not a lot of people when i go (USUALLY) so business is in and out. Most of the time I'm there- it's mostly because I'm yapping with the cashiers, they're that chill- including your fellow customers.

I had a very upsetting experience here. An employee used a derogatory term toward Hispanics during my visit. When I addressed it, she said she “didn’t mean it like that,” but instead of resolving the situation professionally, I was asked to leave. This was disrespectful and unacceptable. Customers should be treated with dignity, and situations like this should be handled far better. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff training.

Probably the best vape shop in town. Staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are pretty good and the rewards system is wonderful! Always well stocked and great diversity of selection! I have been coming since it switched from Axis and will keep doing so!
