If I could give them a ZERO RATING I WOULD!!(: I have visited smoke shops before and have never been talked to so rudely by someone and she was very condensed. She was the MANGER , but had very bad customer service. I wanted a refund ,but she claimed it was past a week and I bought the lighter on the on 03/07/2026. Today is 03/13/2026. She claimed it was past a week. As I said why do we as consumers have to be treated this way in our community. Very poor customer service!!

Every person who works here is amazing. Customer service is always 100%. They have everything you could think of in a smoke shop. They have a lot of Rick and Morty selection, which I love! Prices are extremely good.
