Very professional and a cool guy Ash was very helpful and made my experience fun with me and my friends we will be back to buy more

Ash was amazing! Very informative, great communication, will definitely be back. Thank you again! Best smoke shop in Jax

Ash was amazing and super helpful helping me get what I needed. Appreciate being taken care of right at close. I’ll be back!

I have been to this vape shop numerous times and had a wonderful experience, until tonight. I will not be returning. I always buy 4-5 vapes at a time. The woman working there with dark hair and an accent was extremely rude. It seemed like she wanted to argue with everything I said. There’s a sign in the window that says you get 10% off if you spend $50 or more. I always spend way more than that She argued with me, saying it was no longer in the window, even though I was pointing to the exact sign that was in fact in the window. She did not honor the 10% off After spending more than $75. She also argued with me about the point system saying, “she’s there All the time and has never seen me.” I usually spend about $100 every time I go in and I’ll be taking that business somewhere else. Even though I’ve never seen her when I go in there, I’m glad she warned me that she’s always there because I won’t be returning.

Ash was very knowledgeable and helpful with the products. I learned a little some something from him too. Great experience overall.
