Huge store with great selection. Melanie is by far the best there is at this specific store. Always attentive, very nice and knowledgeable. Makes my experience at the smoke shop so much easier. Definitely would recommend anyone come here and ask for Melanie if u need any help!

This store is amazing! You HAVE to stop by! You can’t get better customer service! A special shout out Ali! He Went above and beyond to help me find doggy CBD treats for my 14 year-old pup who was hurt! He did not have them in stock, but called around until he found somewhere that did! You can’t get a better place than this one!

The man at the cash register was very kind and he helped me find everything I needed in an efficient manner. He was kind polite and helpful. And in general the place is very well stocked with a multitude of items

Edit: This smoke shops customer service is the best in the area. The owner of SmokeBucks personally went out of his way to text me and make it right. I now understand why they have over 10 locations in the greater Jacksonville area. Always come to smoke bucks because the prices are so good and the customer service is always top notch. but not tonight just experienced the worst customer service ever there tonight. It was probably 20 minutes before closing, I could tell the girl was frustrated and wanted to go home. When I saw that I had points and wanted to use them, 10% off $96.74. The computer calculated $1.30 which clearly wasn't right. I ask her if she can re-calculate it, the blonde girl really starts to get annoyed and starts screaming at Siri to do 10%. I mean really screaming like I'm the reason for her crappy night. At this point I'm like whatever and end up paying and leaving.

The place is nice. Been going when I’m in the area. I’ve been working in smoke shops for years so I know all about the customer service and the salesmanship needed to work at business like these. Every person there has been great except one bald individual. I came in the other day at 10:58. I know it closes at 11 and as a former Smokeshop associate I understand that we just want to close up and go home. So I even felt bad showing up the time that I did. He looks at me from inside and says no I’m a surprisingly rude way. Then I show him the phone and show that it’s one minute left. Just wanted a drink then I’d be on my way. The bald man did a hand gesture as like a “shoo, go away” type of way. I wasn’t going to say anything because realistically what does a review do, but today around 15 minutes ago I went in, hoping I wouldn’t run into him, and I go to the drinks, and before I could even do so, he demands to see my id. I haven’t even bought anything yet and I definitely don’t look like a minor. AGAIN. I understand id’ing is standard procedure, I get it. But he was beyond disrespectful and frankly unprofessional for someone working at a smoke shop. Other than that, the 5 stars goes to the rest of management and the employees that actually are a pleasure to see when I go in.
