This place is absolutely awesome and incredibly convenient for me since I work in the mall. This was actually my first time shopping at a smoke shop, and I wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for. Manager Richard was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to assist me and recommend products based on what I was looking for, and I left the store very happy with my purchases and the overall experience. The only reason I’m not giving a full five stars is because I would really like to see a much larger selection of zero-nicotine disposable vapes. Having more brands, flavors, styles, and options would make a huge difference, especially for customers specifically looking for non-nicotine products. I was also interested in the Novo refillable vapes, but I was disappointed with the limited selection of colors and designs currently available. I would strongly encourage the store to stock a wider variety of Novo models and designs, especially the Leather Series. If you guys can get the black carbon-fiber Novo, I can honestly say I would be one of the first customers to purchase it. I really want this shop to become one of my regular go-to spots, and the customer service definitely makes me want to come back. Expanding the zero-nicotine disposable selection and bringing in more Novo designs would absolutely help make this a five-star experience for me. Hopefully you guys take the feedback seriously because I’d genuinely love to see this place carry more of the products I’m looking for! Thank you! :D

Amazing customer service from the employees. I work in the mall and come in almost everyday and always receive great customer service however I put 4 stars because they are very light on stock. They don’t really have much which causes me to shop elsewhere sometimes.

Service is great, the staff is fantastic! I’m a regular, I would like to say that the inventory variety for vapes is really sad lately. They used to have more to choose from.
