The reviews stating that this store fails to open on time are absolutely correct. This is now the second time I’ve arrived at 10:00 AM—your posted opening time—only to find the store closed with no staff in sight. I even waited an additional 10 minutes, and still, no one showed up. This is completely unacceptable and a clear disregard for your customers’ time. I will not be returning to this location.

Be warned. This Smokers Outlet located at 10916 Atlantic Blvd Ste 10, 32225 sold me these counterfeit Dutch Masters. See something, say something.

THIS SITE SUCKS, THE SIGN IN IS ENOUGH TO DRIVE YOU NUTS GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

Opens at 10am allegedly, drove 11 miles for something specific. Here it is 10:30am nobody's inside. This is great, love when there's a posted time yet people still aren't there. Nowhere does it say online that it isn't 10am week days. Won't be returning after they open will take my business elsewhere. Is to late to just drive back home, and figure out someone else who has it. Waste of gas!

I buy my Cigars here all the time. The staff is fantastic, Gary the owner is always willing to help. I bought my humidor and my favorite sticks, WITH NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. If I could give them 10 stars ✨ I would. Highly recommend **********
