I’ve visited many smoke shops across the country, and this is by far the best one I’ve experienced. The quality of their products is excellent, and they offer an impressive variety of options to choose from. What truly sets this shop apart, however, is the customer service. The hospitality here is some of the most sincere and genuine I’ve ever received at any smoke shop. While other places may also carry good products, they don’t have the same kind of amazing people running them. That personal touch makes all the difference. It’s safe to say that my money is always well spent here, and this shop easily takes the crown as the best I’ve visited.

I came here bc the other store i usually go to has high prices and saw the great reviews about Smokers R Us prices. Safe to say the prices are fair and good. Unfortunately, so far, both times I've gotten my vapes from there, both have had issues. Ive smoked the same brand for quite some time now and have NEVER had an issue no matter where it was purchased from. Friendly staff no doubt, but not quite sure of the quality or conditions of their products.

How to start out with Yass and Sara are two of the absolute most kind people in the world. There should be more places in Jacksonville food service and more that should have the type of service that these two give you every time you walk in those doors. The atmosphere is always bright and it's always light it gives you a good jam and a good vibe every time you come in. The slushies have to be one of me and my missus favorite things to grab. After that I would literally say if they don't have it they can get it and if they have it you want it 9 out of 10. Anytime I come in where there's a good day a bad day the sunny outside or even if it's raining the only thing I can ever expect walking through those doors is an amazing time a good laugh. They always give you the best deals! Really good local smoke shops great people there. They show compassion with what flower they give and have great explanations. Someone there even painted a bong for me as well so big shoutout to her! Wonderful art!
