Great products and prices. Can't complain about that at all. I would give 5 stars all day if it weren't for one particular employee that's not very friendly. I knew this shop stayed open until 12am so I rushed over before they closed and was greeted with a locked door at 11:45pm. The employee was at the register so I knocked but I guess that wasn't enough to get her to move. 2 others were outside as well. She eventually opened up after someone else banged on the door. Definitely weren't any smiling faces in their at this point. Anyways, that's 3 sales that could have been lost due to the employee closing the store 15 minutes early.

Great selection of glass, flour, edibles, kratom ect. The staff is always friendly and helpful. One of the best smoke shops in Jacksonville

The Mexican lady with the black hair has bad customer service she’s not very outgoing, doesn’t know much about the products she selling as most of the time I get a “idk I don’t smoke” when I’m asking a question. Overall she just doesn’t seem to care much about her job. Someone who definitely shouldn’t be in customer service and is a bad representation for this store. She also sold me the wrong product and told me “it was just different packaging” when the flower I bought is clearly not the one on display. It smells and looks completely different than the one on display but “it’s just the packaging”. Use to enjoy coming here but I won’t be back.
