EVERY TIME I GO, THEY ARE NOT OPEN. Why advertise that the store opens at 9:00 AM if customers repeatedly show up during posted business hours only to find the doors locked? At this point, either the morning crew needs to be changed, management needs to address the ongoing opening issue, or the posted hours need to be updated to reflect when someone will actually be there to open the store properly. Customers shouldn’t have to guess whether a business will be open during its own posted hours. If you advertise a 9:00 AM opening, OPEN AT 9:00 AM. It’s really that simple. Something needs to change at this location because this has gone from inconvenient to completely unacceptable. What makes this even more frustrating is seeing a bin by the register offering free items in exchange for a 5-star review. After repeatedly experiencing a store that can’t even reliably open at its advertised time, that definitely makes me question how accurately all of these glowing reviews reflect the actual customer experience.

I had an excellent experience at this smoke shop! The selection of products is top-notch, from premium glassware to quality smoking accessories. What really stood out was the sales team—they were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, guiding me to exactly what I needed without being pushy. The store has a clean, inviting atmosphere, and checkout was quick and easy. Definitely my go-to spot from now on! Highly recommend.

Clean shop but I’ve never seen prices like this place. $27.99 for a 25k RAZ? Ridiculous that it’s so much higher here. Responsible to owner: The misunderstanding is from the person representing your store today around 5pm. I was there with two other people that responded the same as me. I seen the sale for the 50k Raz. But asked how much the 25k is because I only like a specific flavor. The sticker for 50k Raz said $28.99. He specifically repeated $27.99 multiple times to me and my friends because I asked multiple times to make sure I heard him correctly. He told me two for $50.
