They have a sign that says "ALL" 50gm hookah tobacco 3 for 11.99. But when I got to the register the guy tells me the one I have doesn't count towards that it's more. So I grab another one and he say that doesn't count either. If the sign says "ALL" and both were 50 gm how do they not count? All is all! It doesn't say all except for certain one.

Good selection, clean and organized, prices are decent. But man, I've never been to a smoke shop where the employees act so bothered and passive-aggressive toward customers like this one. Some of them act downright annoyed you even showed up. Plenty of better choices in the area than here.

Night staff (7/25) was TERRIBLE. Tried to get a hookah. Picked one out and attendant said “you can get it and bring it here”. Had to reaxh up top shelf and make sure it was okay and bring it over. Asked him to show me where the coals were and he showed me where the tobacco was. Let me walk out w zero coals. Best part (business pay attention). The hookah was $75. I got about 5-6 things of tobacco, i thought were coals. Total bill was $55. You do the math. Fire this guy

They’re kind of rude. Everytime I go in there’s a vibe that they don’t like doing their jobs. I stopped going because of this but unfortunately my regular shop closed early today. The white girl has horrible customer service. Didn’t even get a “have a good day” and the black dude at night gives the vibe that he’s annoyed by you or something. Maybe it’s just me.

I come in almost everynight before close and Kelsey is always here ready to serve until the store is officially closed. He also keeps the store super clean so I'll continue to shop here as long as possible!
